Tolulope Longe is an Ex-may with more than 23 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
While the larger part of her career in Oil and Gas has been with the reputable Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG), she has had stints elsewhere on the globe, including the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
Through it all, Tolu, as she is popularly called, has garnered enviable experience in Project Development, Design, Commissioning, Operations, Advance Process Control, Integration and Interface management, and consultancy.
She graduated from the University of Ibadan with a First Class degree in Chemistry (Industrial Option).
She is an alumna of the Imperial College, University of London as well as the Curtin University of Technology with a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Technology (Petroleum Technology) with distinction, respectively.
She is a Certified Crucial Conversation Trainer as well as a CMD Certified Management Trainer.
Tolu has demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities in all her endeavors, culminating in her appointment as Manager, Production Support Department in Nigeria LNG Limited.
From her entry designation as Graduate Engineer, she steadily rose through the ranks, demonstrating capacity, versatility, passion, and aptitude along the way.
Presently, she also doubles as the Manager of the Process Skill-Pool in Nigeria LNG Limited, accountable for the career development for all Process Engineers in the organization – a testament to her aforementioned leadership acumen and versatility.
A mother of two and a devout wife, Tolu is an advocate of diversity and inclusiveness, with a special focus on women in leadership.
She teamed up with a few other women of like-minds to establish NLNG Women Initiative Network (NWiN) in 2016, to advocate for gender diversity and inclusiveness.
Tolu is a 2020 ExxonMobil Power Play Vanguard Award Winner, in the leadership category as well as the current Chairperson of the NLNG Women Initiative Network (NWiN).
